Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids R Kids of Katy.

Director     

Ms. Ayanna is the Director of Kids R Kids of Katy.  She has been with us since  May 2008.  Ayanna holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and has a real passion for early childhood education.  Ayanna oversees the daily operations of the center and can answer any questions you have as well as address any concerns that may arise.  Ayanna is married to Ron and has three children, Nyla, Miles & Omari. 

Accounts Manager

Tracy Wallin is our Accounts Manager. As her title suggests, Tracy handles all family accounts and the enrollment of new children. She has been at Kids R Kids for almost 4 years and has worked in childcare for 6 years. She and her husband are both from Chicago, Illinois, but have made their home here in Texas for 6 years with their two children Clarke and Lukas. During her spare time she enjoys going on family outings and playing hide and seek with her little ones.

Assistant Director

As our Assistant Director, Toni Feinberg assures the safety and quality of your child`s developement. Those duties include inspections and assesments of each classroom to insure they meet corporate and state expectations. Toni has worked in childcare for over 20 years and has been with Kids R Kids since 2005. Toni has traveled from Hawaii to New York and from New York to Texas, where she has raised her children, Christina, Paul, and Rachel. Aside from spoiling her 2 grandchildren, Toni enjoys being outdoors with family and friends.

Assistant Curriculum Coordinator

Ms. Stephanie is our Assistant Curriculum Coordinator here at Kids R Kids. She has been employeed with this facility for two and a half years, and in the process of completing her CDA. She assists all classrooms in making sure that our teachers have the tools and materials needed to successfully implement our Kids R Kids curriculum. Ms. Stephanie moved here to Houston from San Antonio three years ago with her husband and three children.  

All Kids R Kids of Katy faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
